We will refund the item cost if you do not satisfy with the product without asking any questions. Anyway, We can not reimburse the return shipping. Any credit or refund will be for the price paid, minus shipping and insurance. For refund, item must be shipped back and notify us within 7 days after received the item.
Tracking number will be send to you by e-mail within 48 hrs after the item is shipped, the item will be shipped within 24 hours after the payment is cleared (excepts during Saturday afternoon and Sunday when Thailand postal service is closed, in this case the item(s) will be drop at the post office and item will be shipped on following Monday. Tracking item status using tracking number will be available through USPS web site for US, CA Post web site for CA (for other country I will included the url for you in the email). Status is available only after item have been transfered from Thai Post to corresponded post service (usually 7 - 14 days for USPS). We will try our best to make the item(s) reach you in perfect condition and as fast as possible.
We are unable to responsible for any duties or taxes that may applied in buyer countries. If an item is returned by the Customs Service of the buyer's country or marked "UNCLAIMED" by the Postal Service, we will refund ONLY the cost of the items (not include shipping and handling charge).
